9jil Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and 9jil ("9jil," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 9jil.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile-compatible versions thereof.

6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

9jil reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued identification document issued by the Republic of the Philippines. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full range of services on the 9jil platform, you are required to register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested on the registration form.

All financial transactions on 9jil are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 9jil does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any foreign currency conversions are the responsibility of the payment provider used by the Player.

9jil may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, which form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bonuses are credited in the form of non-withdrawable bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met in full, neither the bonus amount nor any winnings generated from it may be withdrawn.
• 9jil reserves the right to determine which games contribute to the satisfaction of wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• Players may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time. Claiming a second welcome bonus while one is already active is not permitted.
• Any bonus claimed through fraudulent means, or through the creation of multiple accounts, will be voided in its entirety along with any associated winnings.
• 9jil reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or amend its terms at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account.

All games available on the 9jil platform — including sports betting markets, live dealer casino games, slots, bingo, HRG live games, and racing — are governed by the specific game rules applicable to each product. These game rules are made available within each game's interface or product section.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other error affecting the proper conduct of a game or the recording of a bet, 9jil reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. 9jil's decision in relation to technical disputes is final. No compensation will be paid for inconvenience, lost opportunity, or purported winnings arising from a technical error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9jil platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time, including during KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one 9jil account, or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using any software, script, bot, automated system, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise engage with the 9jil platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, reverse engineering bonus conditions, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner not intended by 9jil.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any Player who discovers such a vulnerability is required to report it to 9jil support immediately rather than exploiting it.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using 9jil accounts for any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players in any game where such collusion would provide an unfair advantage.
• Using the 9jil platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming of the type offered is prohibited by applicable law.

9jil is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. All 9jil accounts include access to responsible gaming tools that can be activated directly from the account dashboard without requiring contact with support.

Available responsible gaming tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. 9jil will not send promotional communications to players who have activated self-exclusion.

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• 9jil has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion or has been identified as a problem gambler.
• 9jil is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• 9jil reasonably believes that continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm to the Player or a third party.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. Where closure follows a breach, 9jil reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and to apply appropriate deductions for losses suffered by 9jil as a result of the breach.

All content on the 9jil platform — including but not limited to the 9jil name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 9jil or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 9jil platform solely for the purpose of participating in games and services offered on the platform for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 9jil platform without the prior written consent of 9jil.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9jil and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 9jil platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

9jil's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 9jil account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9jil collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the 9jil platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9jil implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Player data is not sold to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and 9jil arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 9jil support. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of notification, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to the outcome of a specific bet or game, you must submit a written complaint to 9jil support within 7 days of the event in question. Complaints submitted after this period may not be entertained. 9jil will acknowledge all written complaints within 5 business days and provide a final determination within 28 days of receipt, subject to the complexity of the complaint.
